We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or other’s rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
We do not offer returns. We do not offer refunds. We offer exchanges on products for printing and manufacturing defects only. If you receive a defective product we will replace it upon return, free of charge. The reason for the no return/no refund policy is that we custom print each item after it is ordered. Therefore, we cannot return the item to inventory. If you are unsure of your size, please see the size chart located in the description of each product on our website.
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen during transit. The carrier is solely responsible for all delivery services; however, we will assist you to the best of our ability in the event of a lost or stolen package.
